KABUPATEN TANGERANG – INFOPLUS.COM-Warga Desa Kandawati dan Desa Cipaeh, Kecamatan Gunung Kaler, mendatangi kantor PT Raya Sinar Agung (RSA) di Jalan Raya Cibanteng, Minggu (20/4/2026). Kedatangan mereka untuk menuntut ganti rugi atas sawah yang terdampak proyek jalan galian tanah tipe C.
Warga mengeluhkan bahwa lahan pertanian mereka belum mendapatkan kompensasi selama tiga musim tanam dari pihak pengembang.
Salah satu warga Kampung Serdang, Desa Kandawati, Haji Pei, meminta agar pihak pengelola segera memperbaiki kondisi sawah yang rusak akibat proyek tersebut.
“Kami meminta pengembang segera memperbaiki sawah yang terkena badan jalan galian tanah tipe C di Desa Kandawati. Selain itu, kami juga meminta pembayaran minimal satu musim dari tiga musim panen yang belum dibayarkan,” ujarnya.
Hal serupa disampaikan Sarun, warga Kampung Serdang, Desa Cipaeh. Ia mengaku sawah miliknya terdampak langsung oleh proyek tersebut.
“Biasanya saya menerima kompensasi Rp4.800.000 per musim. Namun, sudah tiga musim saya tidak menerima pembayaran. Minimal dibayar satu musim juga tidak apa-apa, yang penting jalan galian diperbaiki agar sawah bisa digarap kembali,” kata Sarun.
Sementara itu, perwakilan PT Raya Sinar Agung berinisial PD menyatakan pihaknya belum mampu memenuhi tuntutan warga secara penuh.
“Kami tidak sanggup membayar satu musim, apalagi tiga musim. Namun, untuk setengah musim akan kami carikan solusinya,” ujarnya.
Warga berharap pemerintah Desa Kandawati dan pihak Kecamatan Gunung Kaler turut membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut.
Hingga berita ini diturunkan, belum ada kesepakatan antara warga dan pihak pengembang terkait ganti rugi sawah yang terdampak proyek galian tanah tipe C.

KAB TANGERANG–INFOPLUS9.COM- Kodam Jaya, Tigaraksa – – Kodim 0510/Tigaraksa menggelar serah terima jabatan (sertijab) Danramil di Lapangan Upacara dan Aula Makodim 0510/Trs, Sabtu (18/4/2026) pukul 14.00 WIB. Kegiatan ini sekaligus dirangkaikan dengan acara syukuran sebagai bentuk rasa syukur atas kelancaran proses pergantian pimpinan di tingkat Koramil.
Dandim 0510/Tigaraksa Letkol Inf Yudho Setyono, S.H. memimpin langsung prosesi sertijab danramil tersebut, disaksikan jajaran perwira, anggota staf Makodim, serta unsur Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Cabang XXIV Kodim 0510.
”Rotasi ini merupakan bagian dari dinamika organisasi TNI AD dalam rangka penyegaran kepemimpinan dan optimalisasi kinerja satuan kewilayahan.” kata Dandim dalam sambutannya.
Dalam prosesi tersebut, jabatan Danramil 01/Teluknaga resmi beralih dari Mayor Inf Heru Susanto kepada Mayor Inf Zein Nurohman. Pada saat yang sama, Danramil 12/Rajeg diserahterimakan dari Kapten Inf Teguh Rusmadi kepada Kapten Inf Kus Fiananda Yusuf. Keduanya langsung menerima tanggung jawab penuh atas wilayah masing-masing.
Sertijab danramil ini turut disertai penugasan baru bagi pejabat lama. Mayor Inf Heru Susanto dipercaya mengemban tugas sebagai Pasiops Kodim 0506/Tangerang, sementara Kapten Inf Teguh Rusmadi mendapat amanah sebagai Pasiminlog Korem 052/Wijayakrama. Pergantian ini mencerminkan pola pembinaan karier prajurit TNI AD yang terstruktur dan berorientasi pada penguatan satuan teritorial.
Dari sisi protokoler, acara berlangsung dengan susunan resmi yang tertib. Mayor Arm Sidik Abriyanta bertindak sebagai Perwira Tertua, dengan Mayor Cke Sutisna sebagai cadangan. Kapten Kav Jimmy W dipercaya sebagai Perwira Acara, didampingi Kapten Arh Iqbal Gunawan. Pembawa acara dari unsur PNS Kodim, yakni Yohana dengan cadangan Susiyanti, memandu jalannya kegiatan.
Peserta kegiatan mencakup seluruh perwira Kodim 0510/Trs yang tidak sedang bertugas khusus, anggota staf Makodim, personel unit intel, serta utusan dari Koramil 01 hingga 14, masing-masing mengirimkan dua personel sebagai representasi satuan. Kehadiran Persit KCK Cabang XXIV bersama istri Danramil lama dan baru turut mewarnai acara sebagai wujud dukungan moril keluarga prajurit.
Seluruh peserta tampil sesuai ketentuan seragam: pimpinan dan perwira mengenakan PDU IV lengkap dengan baret dan tanda jasa, anggota menggunakan PDL Prima, unsur PNS tampil dengan pakaian sipil harian (Gamsip), dan Persit hadir dalam seragam resmi PSU. Pengamanan serta dokumentasi ditangani oleh Pendim, staf pers, intelijen, dan Provost.
Melalui sertijab danramil ini, Kodim 0510/Trs menegaskan komitmen menjaga kesinambungan kepemimpinan teritorial. Pergantian pejabat diharapkan mendorong peningkatan kinerja di lapangan sekaligus memperkuat sinergi antara satuan TNI dan masyarakat di wilayah binaan, sejalan dengan tugas pokok TNI AD dalam menjaga stabilitas dan keamanan wilayah.

Subarno Singa Wijaya, atau yang akrab disapa H. Nano, mendapatkan kejutan spesial di hari ulang tahunnya yang ke 47 tahun dari keluarga besar dan jajaran Pemerintah Desa (Pemdes) Talagasari.
Kejutan ini diinisiasi oleh sang istri, Indah Subarno, bersama kedua putra-putrinya. Tidak ketinggalan, para staf dan perangkat desa turut hadir memberikan ucapan selamat dan doa bagi pimpinan mereka yang dikenal dekat dengan masyarakat tersebut.
Ungkapan Kasih dari Sang Istri
Sebagai pendamping setia, Indah Subarno menyampaikan pesan mendalam bagi sang suami. Ia berharap suaminya tetap menjadi sosok ayah dan pemimpin yang amanah.
”Selamat ulang tahun ke-47 untuk suamiku tercinta. Di hari yang bahagia ini, doa terbaik kami panjatkan agar Bapak selalu diberikan kekuatan, kesabaran, dan keberkahan dalam menjalankan tugas mulia bagi warga Desa Talagasari. Kami akan selalu ada untuk mendukung setiap langkah Bapak,” tutur Indah Subarno dengan penuh kasih.
Doa dan Harapan dari Jajaran Pemdes
Mewakili rekan kerja dan staf desa, Kasi Pelayanan Pemdes Talagasari, Jamaludin, turut menyampaikan ucapan selamat. Ia menegaskan bahwa sosok H. Nano bukan sekadar atasan, melainkan pembimbing bagi mereka dalam melayani masyarakat.
”Barakallah fii umrik. Semoga keselamatan, kesehatan, serta umur yang barokah tetap bersama Pak Kades. Selamat milad, saya mewakili teman-teman mengucapkan selamat ulang tahun untuk Pak Kades,” ujar Jamaludin.
Ia juga menambahkan harapan besar bagi masa depan desa di bawah kepemimpinan H. Nano. “Harapannya, di usia yang sudah matang ini, Pak Kades bisa terus berkarya, mengabdi, serta membimbing kami dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat Talagasari,” tambahnya.

Mendapat kejutan yang tak disangka-sangka tersebut, H. Nano tampak sangat terharu. Ia menyampaikan rasa terima kasih yang mendalam kepada keluarga dan seluruh jajaran perangkat desa yang telah memberikan perhatian luar biasa di hari jadinya.
